By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. iKARPET offers handmade and machine-made carpets and related products through our online store. All product descriptions, images, dimensions, prices, and availability are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance may occur, particularly with handmade carpets, due to their unique nature.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order. Once an order has been successfully placed, it may be cancelled within 3 days. After the 3-day cancellation period, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery, subject to iKARPET’s Refund & Return Policy. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. Items returned must be in their original condition and may be subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. iKARPET reserves the right to correct pricing, product information, availability, or other errors and to cancel an order where necessary. Ownership of an item transfers to the customer in accordance with applicable law and the completion of the purchase and delivery process.
