Refund & Return Policy

At iKARPET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Customers have 3 days from the date of placing an order to request a cancellation. Once the 3-day cancellation period has passed, the order may no longer be cancelled. For returns, customers have 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Returns or refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted. Returned carpets must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, or other signs of use. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the eligible refund will be processed according to iKARPET’s refund procedures.
